What is ElectricianPro?
ElectricianPro is a mobile learning app built by Bako Tech LLC for electricians, apprentices, and anyone looking to strengthen their electrical knowledge. It includes structured lessons, quizzes with scored attempts, progress tracking, personal notes per lesson, achievements, and an "Ask AI" tutor that answers your questions.
Who is ElectricianPro for?
It's built for working electricians, apprentices, trade students, and anyone who wants to learn electrical fundamentals in a structured, self-paced way. It's designed for adults age 17 and older.
What platforms is it available on?
ElectricianPro is available as an iOS app and via the web at electricianpro.online. Android support may come in the future.
How does the "Ask AI" feature work?
Ask AI lets you type a question and get an instant answer from a third-party AI service. Only the text of your question is sent — no personal info (name, email, progress) is ever transmitted. Your queries are not stored in our database and are not used to train AI models.
Is the content a substitute for real training or a license?
No. ElectricianPro is an educational tool. All electrical work should comply with your local codes and regulations, and you should always consult a licensed professional for real-world applications.
Billing & Subscription Billing
How much does ElectricianPro cost?
Subscriptions are $3.99 USD per month, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then.
Do you store my credit card or payment info?
No. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see or store your payment card details — we only receive a receipt confirming your purchase status so we can unlock features in the app.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly through Apple's support page (reportaproblem.apple.com). If you have a concern you think we can help with, email us at bako.tech26@gmail.com.
Account & Data Account
What data does the app collect?
Only what's needed to run the app: your name and email (for the account), your learning progress and quiz scores, your purchase status, and basic device/crash info for debugging. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or any data for advertising. See the full Privacy Policy below for details.
Do you sell my data or show me ads?
Never. We don't sell your data to anyone, and the app contains no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the user menu, and tap Delete Account. You can also email bako.tech26@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent — your data is removed within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You have the right to export your personal data in a portable format. Contact us at bako.tech26@gmail.com to request an export.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. Your account is protected by authentication credentials, and data is stored on secure infrastructure (Base44). No system is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

- Base44: Application hosting, authentication, and database services. Your data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure.
- Third-Party AI Provider: The "Ask AI" feature transmits only the text of your question to a third-party AI service to generate a response. No personal account information (name, email, progress data) is sent. These queries are not stored in our database and are not used to train AI models. By using the Ask AI feature, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to your question being processed by a third-party AI service.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ElectricianPro, our users, or the public.
